Where The Trade Buys Introduces New Branding Features

By Emily Peagram 15 Jul 2021

Businesses can now create, design and print their customer branding all in one place, thanks to a leading digital print platform.

Where The Trade Buys supplies a wide range of promotional, practical, and print display products to a variety of sectors – which can all be personalised to suit a particular vocation.

And a website restructure means that business customers can now search their role by industry or sector to find a list of tailored products, with new imagery showing how they will look in their specific workplace setting.

Along with separating the site to better cater for the needs of its direct buyers and business customers, the print specialist has also improved its personalisation service by introducing online visual communications and design platform Canva.

While customers previously had to upload their own design to take advantage of the service, the new integration will allow companies to create their own bespoke branding, without ever leaving the website.

Gary Peeling, CEO of WTTB, believes the improvements will be beneficial for customers across a wide range of industries.

β€œWe’ve split the site so that our resellers and business customers can easily access the sections that are most relevant to them,” he said.

β€œWe cater for a huge range of sectors, covering everything from hairdressers to window cleaners and healthcare professionals to the education sector, so it was important that our site offered a streamlined experience for all users.

β€œThe new concept art means that our customers can really visualise their new products in the workplace before they buy and they can bring their ideas to life with Canva – which is not only easy to use but also delivers professional, customised designs”.

Business customers can also enjoy a range of benefits, including 10 per cent off their first purchase, access to a customer loyalty programme and regular discounts and offers, among others.
