The UK’s premier textile craft show goes from strength to strength

By Mark Hayhurst 13 Jun 2019

The Knitting & Stitching Show returns to Alexandra Palace on October 10-13 and continues to be the UK’s largest and most successful textile exhibition offering retailers, distributors and manufacturers an opportunity to showcase to thousands of passionate crafters.

Established over 30 years ago, the ‘Ally Pally show’ has seen tremendous growth and has maintained its market-leading position in the face of an increasing number of events.

For 2019, investment in the event continues with leading British wool brand, Rowan showcasing ‘Mode at Rowan’ in the brand new, daily catwalk shows. Visitors can also look forward to more workshops than ever before, a new competition for leading artists in the Fine Art Textiles Awards, plus the usual range of galleries and features that ensure visitors return year after year.

Anna Baptiste, Event Director, said: “If you have a craft business, however large or small, the event provides the ideal platform to sell to an affluent audience who are ready to stock up on supplies.

“We are already 85 per cent sold out and given that there has never been a better time to exhibit, get in touch today to secure the best available stand location.”
