The Crafty Kit Company Launches New Range of Felt Craft Flower Kits

By Emily Peagram 06 Aug 2021

The Crafty Kit Company has launched a new collection of felt flower kits, the company’s first felt craft range.

Including 8 new kits with stunning spring and summer flowers such as poppies, lavender, and daffodils, The Crafty Kit Company’s new felt flowers range is a fantastic introduction to the art of felt craft, a no-sew art form that is becoming increasingly popular in the UK and USA. Each kit contains quality wool-mix felt, floristry tape and wire, as well as clear, full-colour instructions, allowing crafters to create truly realistic looking everlasting flowers.

Packaged in the bright and cheerful recyclable boxes for which The Crafty Kit Company is well known, these craft kits would make a wonderful present, either as a boxed gift or as a completed project. Eco-conscious consumers can also be confident that they are making an ethical purchase, as these felt blooms (which are designed and made in Scotland) are a sustainable alternative to freshly cut flowers. They would make wonderful wedding centrepieces, and could be gifted to wedding guests as lovingly handmade wedding favours.

Alongside the clear and comprehensive instructions that are included with each kit, The Crafty Kit Company has recorded a video guide to creating each flower, available on the company’s website and YouTube channel, providing crafters with extra tips and tricks for each project.

Jo Lochhead, Founder and Creative Director of The Crafty Kit Company, comments, “As we emerge from an extraordinary 18 months, it’s our hope that this new collection of vibrant summer flowers, reflecting the beauty of the natural world, will uplift and inspire crafters, as well as providing them with a new art form to discover and enjoy.’
