New Ethereal Stationery & Print Range from Sleepy Bee Studio

By Emily Peagram 09 Jul 2020

Award-winning creative design studio Sleepy Bee Studio has released an eye-catching Ethereal stationery and print range. The beautifully delicate effect of how the ink diffuses on the paper is how the name for this new collection came about. The Ethereal Collection is the studio’s latest theme for 2020, featuring a selection of stationery, print & gift options all designed from their original alcohol ink paintings.

The range features a premium white faux leather writing set, a tissue wrapped stationery set, plus 4 greeting cards that you can personalise on the front with your own message. In addition there’s also an A6 notebook, and lastly a selection of 6 A6 alcohol ink paintings printed on luxury Tintoretto Gesso card that come in the UK made A5 slipmounts, with the additional option of adding a ribbon & wax seal finished gift box.

A selection of original alcohol ink prints will also be available soon at

Founded by husband & wife team Gavin & Charlie Allen in 2019, Sleepy Bee Studio is an award-winning creative design studio based in Cambridge, specialising in luxury stationery, gifts & art. Charlie’s background is in buying, illustration & product design, and Gav is a graphic designer & artworker.

The stationery collections are all based on themes, with the first four all inspired by their hometown of Cambridge and aptly named Cambridge, Botanical, Darwin & Stargazer. All themes feature a collection of hand-illustrated drawings or original mixed media art applied to various paper goods from writing paper to the delicate tissue paper that the items are wrapped in.

Packaging is a really important factor in everything produced, with the aim to provide you with a beautiful, premium product & something you almost don’t want to unwrap. All printed products are produced in the UK using FSC® certified stock & the illustrated tissue paper is produced by an Eco-Alliance company that plants a tree for each order placed.
