The method was devised by US entrepreneur Ryder Carroll and is consistently proven to be a useful tool for good mental health.

There’s no set way to use it and that’s its beauty. The crisp white pages, with pale grey dots, give scope to create a completely unique layout; one which best serves you as an organisational tool.

The Ink Pot Bullet Journal books have been carefully designed. They are available in seven sophisticated shades: Burnt Orange, Forest Green, Teale, Chalk Rose, Navy, Black and White.

Each journal can also be personalised.

Choose from one of ten exclusive stamps created by Eva and Anne Wilson, a local Oxfordshire based artist, or your own exclusive acronym. You can then add your initials as well.

These are hand-stamped in Oxfordshire, using one of five beautiful foil colours: Gold, Silver, Copper, Black (matte) and White (matte); see below:
