Bake enthusiasts can delight as ICHF has announced a new baking event that will run alongside its Cake International show in November 2022. Bake International will focus on all things baking, and will complement the hugely successful cake decorating show, Cake International.

Simon Burns, managing director, ICHF Events, says, “Cake International has long been the go-to event for cake decorating enthusiasts, from amateur to professional. Bake International is a natural next step in our show portfolio. This show will be dedicated to ‘bakes’ themselves, from breads to pastries and cakes. We have seen a huge upsurge in the baking trend, which has only been further fuelled in the past few years. This is a hugely exciting next step for us and will bring new opportunities for baking businesses of all sizes.”

Like its sister show, Bake International will showcase show-stopping features and the team at ICHF are in talks with leading bakers and artists to create a joint flagship piece. Bake International will host exhibitors from across the UK with the latest baking supplies as well as workshops giving advice from expert bakers. The show will run alongside Cake International at the NEC, Birmingham from 4-6 November 2022.
