House of Alistair and Create and Craft unite

By Mark Hayhurst 04 Apr 2019

House of Alistair have joined the TV Craft Channel, Create and Craft

Create and Craft are thrilled once again to be working in partnership with House of Alistair launching on the channel on April 7 at 8am.

Based in London, House of Alistair supplies fine haberdashery products all selected to ensure the highest quality by owner Alistair Macdonald himself, from quilting, to bag making, to fat quarter’s right through to sewing patterns.

After growing up in Scotland, Alistair’s earliest memories are sitting with his gran at her Singer sewing machine and happily turning the wheel. After studying fashion design at Central St Martins in London, Alistair started his own business. As well as his work in ladieswear fashion, a love of liberty fabric has fuelled his imagination to design and create a range of haberdashery products and gifts.

Alistair Macdonald said: “I am delighted to announce that “House of Alistair” will be returning to the screen and joining the family at Create and Craft, bringing with me lots of fantastic makes from dressmaking to quilting. House of Alistair has always prided itself in bringing fresh design and affordable luxury to customers at home, with 2019 being no exception.”

Anya Ilic, buyer at Create and Craft, said: “House of Alistair will be a real asset to Create and Craft and we are excited to be working in partnership with them and providing our customers with such wonderful products.”
