Customers dotty about personalised pixel kits

By Mark Hayhurst 21 Jan 2019

Celebrating its success exhibiting at CHSI Stitches 2018, PixelHobby UK is creating digital images of visitors on stand at CHSI Stitches 2019, demonstrating how quickly they can create bespoke kits for customers.

Janet Eden, owner of PixelHobby UK, said: “We exhibited at CHSI Stitches for the first time in 2018 and were inundated with visitors to our stand. We met distributors from France and Ireland at CHSI Stitches 2018 and took orders for products from new customers across the UK. It was such a successful show for us, resulting in phone call enquiries for weeks afterwards, that exhibiting again this year is essential.”

Pixelhobby UK creates exclusive designs from keyring and magnet kits to large, impressive projects that consist of pictures on baseplates, created using small plastic squares (pixels). Bespoke orders taken at CHSI Stitches 2018 included a crab magnet kit for a craft shop in Cromer and a strawberry magnet kit for a Pick Your Own farm shop.

Janet Eden added: “We can be flexible with our product and our in-house designer can quickly create bespoke ranges – creating kits that reflect a specific location, shop or speciality. This year at CHSI Stitches we are inviting visitors to come to our stand and see how quickly we can create a digital image of them.”

PixelHobby UK is promoting its bespoke kits at CHSI Stitches 2019 enabling individual customers to send in an image that will be quickly turned into a small, personalised kit. More information can be found at www.pixelhobby.org.uk
