Create and Craft delighted by loyalty scheme

By Mark Hayhurst 03 Jul 2018

Create and Craft are delighted about the success of their new Maker Rewards loyalty programme, which launched in March 2018.

Since its launch, Create and Craft have seen a growth of 50 per cent in their top tier members, surpassing all expectations. Impressively these core crafters are already spending more, with their Average Order Frequency increasing by 22 per cent.

This further demonstrates that Create and Craft’s top tier customers are highly engaged in this programme and the added value the Maker Reward Scheme brings to their shopping and crafting experience.

Engagement has been beneficial for new and existing customers, with well over 100,000 members in the Maker Rewards scheme already. The success of this loyalty programme is clear to see and Create and Craft are confident in its ongoing growth.

Rachel Newsome, Create and Craft Loyalty Programme Manager, said: “We are delighted to see that our customers are as excited about our Maker Reward scheme as we are, with the results of the past four months far exceeding all of our expectations. Rewarding our customers for their loyalty has always been something at the heart of what we do at Create and Craft, something which we have built our celebrated Create and Craft Club community on.”
