Craft Festival Cheltenham Postponed Until August 2020
By Emily Peagram 17 Mar 2020
Craft Festival Cheltenham have released the following statement regarding this year’s event:
We have been following the news carefully and it is with great sadness, we have decided to postpone Craft Festival Cheltenham that was due to take place 20-22nd March 2020.
Craft Festival Director, Sarah James said:
“We exist to support contemporary makers of craft and we are very pleased that we were able to secure dates later in the year. Craft Festival Cheltenham has been re-scheduled for August 14-16th. We are working very hard to make sure the transition to August goes smoothly, when we can showcase a highly selective group of 100+ makers & artists set in the beautiful Cheltenham Town Hall.”
As a small, non-profit making organisation, we’re also very mindful of our amazing ‘Makers’, all of whom are small businesses and have prepared stock for Craft Festival Cheltenham. Many of these Makers also sell online, so we would like to encourage those that would normally have visited Craft Festival Cheltenham to show their support by visiting their platforms and support them if you can by buying something handmade.
You can find all Craft Festival Cheltenham Exhibitors details via our website https://www.craftfestival.co.uk/Cheltenham/ or via madebyhandonline.com
The Craft Festival Team would like to thank you for your understanding during this difficult time and we look forward to sharing further details about the new date very soon.
