ClassBento teams up with Hobbycraft to expand access to creative classes

Creative workshop booking platform, ClassBento has joined forces with Hobbycraft to offer increased access to online and in-person craft classes.
The partnership will see Hobbycraft embed the booking tech into its website so consumers will be able to sign up for a variety of creative tutorials. Classes range from painting and sewing to fun ones for children as an increasing number of people look to craft to discover new hobbies and to improve wellbeing. In fact, with every paid-for booking, ClassBento makes a donation to Mental Health UK.
John Tabari, co-founder of ClassBento said: “Over the last year, people have been looking for ways to improve their mindfulness more than ever before. We strive to make workshops easily accessible to support positive mental and social wellbeing by connecting consumers with hundreds of local artisans and makers. We are excited to bring our partnership with Hobbycraft to life as they share our enthusiasm to get people crafting and trying something new to aid mental wellness.”
ClassBento’s increasing number of craftspeople includes artists, makers and cookery teachers, and has been instrumental in supporting artisans throughout the pandemic by enabling them to keep workshops running successfully. This includes florist Ferris Heart Sloane who commented: “ClassBento has enabled our bespoke workshops to thrive by connecting us with crafters across the country, allowing our classes to be run in-person and online.”
