Christmas comes early at Hobbycraft

By Mark Hayhurst 01 Jun 2018

Hobbycraft is the first UK retailer to launch Christmas, following demand for Christmas themed card making products by Brits eager to start making their handmade festive cards.

The Christmas Papercraft range launches online from today and in stores nationwide from the June 4, earlier than ever before and is expected to be well-received by those who ensure that Christmas is a truly handmade affair.

Katherine Paterson, Customer Development Director at Hobbycraft, said: “It might seem a bit early to be talking Christmas but our customers are ready and eager to start creating their handmade Christmas cards. Nothing says ‘I love you more’ than a handmade card and since the festive Papercraft range is high in demand, we’re launching it earlier than ever before.”

June traditionally marks the month when handmade Christmas cards begin to be made with hours of hard work spent by Brits creating personalised Christmas cards for friends and family.

This year customers have four new festive themes to choose from including: Winter Wonderland, A Holly Jolly Christmas, Frozen Wishes and Snow Cool.

Hobbycraft’s 2018 Christmas Papercraft range is here to help with over 440 new and exclusive products, from festive-themed stamps, ribbons, and motifs, to tags, washi tape, stickers and seasonal embellishments.
