Autumn Fair announces Design & Source Global Line-Up

By Emily Peagram 23 Aug 2022

From 4th-7th September 2022 at NEC Birmingham, Autumn Fair’s Design & Source sector will bring the international sourcing market to the UK with a spotlight on ethical and sustainable manufacturers from all over the world. With the first ever Zimbabwean pavilion confirmed, other represented countries include China, Ghana, India, Nepal, Pakistan, South Africa, Tunisia, and Turkey.

Design & Source is where a product’s journey starts and this September’s showcase combines product categories including home textiles, contemporary gifts, artisan products, as well as tableware and kitchenware. All Design & Source exhibitors have certification guaranteeing that their products are compliant with UK & Europe quality standards and can facilitate high and low minimum order quantities.

Suzanne Ellingham, Head of Design & Source, Autumn Fair, said: “This year we introduce never seen before manufacturers and producers that include artisan gifts from Zimbabwe, textiles from Egypt, homewares from India and don’t forget, for the first time, our fashion sourcing destination. Design & Source is the only international sourcing platform of its kind in the UK and is the leading destination for visitors looking to grow or start their own white label offering, with direct access to key fabricating regions without the hassle of travelling overseas.”

Amongst the newcomers to Design & Source is the first ever nationally funded Zimbabwean pavilion. They will offer a unique and creative display of artisan handicrafts, gifts, and fashion accessories, from companies including Collaborative Craft Projects, Patch Maoko Ezim, and Dhuba. Added to this, the Indian SME Forum is bringing over twelve small businesses to the show, many of which are female-owned and operated like female-founded Luxury Concepts.

Autumn Fair’s official show app makes it easier for visitors to plan their visit and connect with these exhibitors – simply save the companies you want to meet, start the conversation now, and quickly find them at the event with the built-in interactive map.

Autumn Fair, the UK’s industry-leading marketplace for wholesale Home, Gift, Fashion, and Design & Source, takes place at the NEC Birmingham from 4th-7th September 2022.
