Sarah Hurley Becomes Create and Craft TV Ambassador

By Sarah Jane 16 Dec 2016

Create and Craft has announced that Sarah Hurley, Global crafting expert, has joined them to become a Craft Ambassador. Sarah joins other crafting experts including the ‘The Crafty Beggars’ Wendy Turner-Webster and Julie Peasgood, Mich Turner MBE and Cassie Brown.

Sarah started her own business in 2010 with just £40 and a dream to create beautiful, creative products. Since then she has grown her business to include UK and international offices and teams, creating her own extensive product range and embarking on a global public speaking tour on how she built her company.

As a craft ambassador for the channel, Sarah will be co-hosting shows live on the channel and demonstrating a variety of craft ranges, as well as launching her own products too. Sarah will also feature in the ‘Craft Academy’, a super-hub of knowledge and expertise hosted on Create and Craft’s website.

Commenting on becoming a chanel ambassador, Sarah said: “I first worked with Create & Craft five years ago, I sent in some sketches to see if they knew of anyone looking for a designer and two days later I had a meeting to discuss developing my own product line which launched a few weeks later on live TV! Since then I have developed my brand, and so when I was invited to be an ambassador for the channel, I jumped at the chance to get involved.”

Tony Sheridan of Create and Craft, said: “We are delighted to have Sarah Hurley on board as one of Create and Craft’s Ambassadors. Create and Craft, prides itself on providing a wealth of educational and inspirational content, free of charge to our customers both on our Live TV shows and via our Craft Academy online; helping them on every step of their creative journey. This would not be possible without the help of our guest experts such as Sarah who inspire and educate our customers. Sarah is bringing with her extensive creative and product knowledge, particularly in the field of papercraft and we are excited to have her as part of our Ambassador family.”
